摘要
在北京冬奥会发展背景下,京津冀冰雪文化旅游势必也会发展,相关人才队伍的建设就需要未雨绸缪。论文就京津冀冰雪文化旅游人力资源特点进行调查评价分析,对京津冀冰雪文化旅游人才队伍建设与京津冀冰雪文化旅游产业关系及互惠共生系统进行研究,以京津冀冰雪运动为研究对象,探讨实现可持续发展的战略和方向,推动京津冀社会和经济的不断进步,提出助力京津冀冰雪运动及文化旅游产业协同可持续发展的建议。
Under the background of the development of Beijing Winter Olympic Games,the cultural tourism of ice and snow in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is bound to develop,so the construction of relevant talent team needs to be prepared for a rainy day.Based on the investigation and evaluation of the characteristics of the ice and snow cultural tourism human resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,this paper studies the relationship between the construction of the ice and snow cultural tourism talent team in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the mutualism system.Taking the ice and snow sports in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the research object,this paper discusses the strategy and direction for achieving sustainable development,and promotes the continuous social and economic progress in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and puts forward suggestions to promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ice and snow sports and the coordinated sustainable development of cultural tourism industry.
