With the continuous development and perfection of the financial system,strengthening the continuing education and training work of accounting personnel is an important measure to improve the quality of financial team and promote the development of finance and accounting work.Facing the new normal development of accounting continuing education,how to develop perfect accounting continuing education and training work has become a problem that accounting continuing education managers must think about.Based on the necessity of continuing education and training work of accounting personnel in China,this paper expounds the specific countermeasures to perfect the continuing education work of accounting personnel,so as to improve the quality of accounting continuing education and training work,and cultivate high-quality finance and accounting team.
