摘要
随着供水企业的高质量发展和劳务派遣用工规模的扩大,企业员工构成和数量也发生了新的变化。如何做好新时代外聘员工的思想政治工作,增强其责任感、认同感和归宿感,确保企业高质量发展是当前济南水务集团有限公司员工思想政治工作面临的新挑战。论文就这一问题进行了探讨。
With the high-quality development of water supply enterprises and the expansion of the scale of labor dispatch,the composition and number of employees of enterprises have also undergone new changes.How to do a good job in the ideological and political work of the external employees in the new era,enhance their sense of responsibility,identity and sense of belonging,and ensure the high-quality development of enterprises are the new challenges faced by the ideological and political work of employees in Jinan Water Group Company Limited.This paper discusses this problem.
