双级时效在铸造Mg-3Nd-0.2Zn-Zr(wt.%)镁合金中的应用 被引量:2

Application of Two-step Aging Treatment in Cast Mg-3Nd-0.2Zn-Zr(wt.%)Alloy

摘要 研究了常规双级时效处理工艺(先低温160℃,后高温200℃)和反双级时效处理工艺(先高温200℃,后低温160℃)对低压砂型铸造Mg-3Nd-0.2Zn-Zr(NZ30K)(wt.%)镁合金的硬度和室温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,常规双级时效处理对提高NZ30K合金的屈服强度效果不明显,而反双级时效处理能明显提高NZ30K合金的屈服强度。经200℃×16 h+160℃×64 h反双级时效处理后,NZ30K合金获得最佳综合力学性能,硬度和屈服强度分别为75.7 HV和161 MPa。 Conventional two-step aging(CTSA)treatment(first step aging at 160℃and then secondary step aging at 200℃)and Reverse two-step aging(RTSA)treatment(first step aging at 200℃and then secondary step aging at 160℃)were applied in low pressure sand cast(LPSC)Mg-3Nd-0.2Zn-Zr(NZ30K)(wt.%)alloys,and influence of aging treatment on the hardness and tensile properties of NZ30K alloy were studied.It was found that CTSA treatment had no more effect to enhance the yield strength than the single-step aging(SSA)treatment(160℃and 200℃,respectively),while the RTSA treatment can improve the yield strength obviously.NZ30K magnesium exhibits the desirable comprehensive mechanical properties after RTSA treatment of 200℃×16 h+160℃×64 h,where the hardness and the yield strength are 75.7 HV and 161 MPa,respectively.
