摘要
分别采用新发明的双层舟皿和传统单层舟皿对二氧化钼进行还原制备钼粉,利用扫描电镜对二氧化钼粉以及钼粉的微观形貌进行了观察研究,采用费氏粒度仪和激光粒度仪测定了还原后钼粉的平均费氏粒度和粒度分布,对比分析发现:在相同工艺条件下,采双层舟皿还原制备的钼粉粒度更细,粒度分布更窄。在制备相同费氏粒度钼粉时,采用双层舟皿还原生产的钼粉粒度分布更窄,粒度分布曲线略为左移。因此采用双层舟皿进行还原,生产效率高,有利于钼制品的成型。
In this paper,the newly invented double-layer boat and the traditional single-layer boat were used in secondary reduction process to prepare molybdenum powder,the microtopography of molybdenum dioxide and prepared molybdenum powder has been studied by scanning electron microscope,and the Fisher particle size and particle size distribution of prepared molybdenum powder were respectively measured by the Fisher sub-sive sizer and laser particle size analyzer. Comparing of the results,it was found that the finer granularity and narrower particle size distribution of the molybdenum powder prepared by the double-layer boat had been shown. When preparing molybdenum powder with the same Fisher particle size,the particle size distribution of the molybdenum powder produced by the double-layer boat was narrower,and its particle size distribution curve was slightly shifted to the left. Therefore,the reduction with double-layer boat has high production efficiency and is conducive to the forming of molybdenum products.
