精浆DEHP含量对特发性少精子症患者生育功能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of seminal plasma DEHP on reproductive function in patients with idiopathic oligozoospermia

摘要 目的探讨精浆邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)含量对特发性少精子症患者生育功能的影响。方法选择特发性少精子症患者50例为研究组,另选同期精子总数正常患者50例为对照组。检测两组精液常规指标、白细胞浓度、精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)、精子顶体酶活性、精浆活性氧(ROS)水平、精浆DEHP含量及血清性激素水平等指标。分析精浆DEHP含量与男性生育力相关指标的相关性。结果研究组精子DFI、精浆ROS水平及精浆DEHP含量高于对照组,而精子存活率、精子顶体酶活性及血清性激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。精浆DEHP含量与精子DFI和精浆ROS水平呈正相关(r=0.78和0.76,P<0.05),与精子顶体酶活性呈负相关(r=-0.85,P<0.05)。结论特发性少精子症患者精浆DEHP含量升高对男性生育功能有重要影响,损害精子DNA和抑制睾丸生精功能。 Objective To explore the effect of seminal plasma di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)on reproductive function in the patients with idiopathic oligozoospermia.Methods Fifty patients with idiopathic oligozoospermia were selected as group A and 50 men with normal sperm number were taken as the controls(group B).Semen routine indicators,leucocyte concentration,sperm DNA fragment index(DFI),sperm acrosome enzyme activity,seminal plasma level of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and DEHP,serum sex hormone levels were measured in two groups.The correlation between seminal plasma DEHP and the indicators related to male fertility was analyzed.ResultsCompared with group B,sperm DFI,seminal plasma levels of ROS and DEHP were higher,but sperm survival rate and sperm acrosome enzyme activity and serum sex hormone levels were lower in group A(P<0.05).Seminal plasma DEHP level was positively correlated to sperm DFI and seminal plasma ROS level(r=0.78 and 0.76,P<0.05),but negatively correlated with sperm acrosome enzyme activity(r=-0.85,P<0.05).Conclusion Increased seminal plasma DEHP level in the patients with idiopathic oligozoospermia has important effect on male reproductive function through impairing sperm DNA and inhibiting testicular sperm production function.
