对福州港港口一体化整合的思考

随着2000年江阴港区的开建,福州港跨越进入河口港与深水海港并进发展的新时期,2011年福州港与宁德港进行管理体制一体化整合,福州港又迎来一次升级跨越。但在百舸争流的中国港口发展格局中,福州港奋力追赶却始终未能脱颖而出。分析福州港的发展业绩与行业地位、主要发展短板,港口一体化整合之后福州港的主要发展对策是深度落实一体化整合,建设真正的"大港";加大政府对港航行业的扶持和管协力度;重点打造临港工业与港口互利发展的格局;推进规模化、集约化、深水化发展;利用对台优势,深化榕台港口物流合作。

In 2000,it opened a new era for Fuzhou port from the estuary port to the large-scale deep-water port,and the integration between Fuzhou port and Ningde port in 2011 was another upgrade for Fuzhou port.Although the Fuzhou port was struggling to catch up but never talent shows itself in the Chinese ports situation.Based on the analysis of the performance and status of Fuzhou port,and the main short board,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the development of Fuzhou port after the integration.
