DEA based Scale Efficiency Analysis of Capital Investment on Enterprise Logistic System

尝试运用DEA方法对企业物流系统的资金规模效率进行评价.建立物流系统资金投入产出指标体系,投入指标包括建设投资和经营费用,产出指标包括物流系统优化后经营成本和配送成本的节约额.结合某油田物流建设项目对该方法进行验证,并找出各决策单元非规模有效的改进方向.

This paper employs data envelopment analysis to evaluate the capital sale efficiency in enterprise logistics system.A logistic system capital investment efficiency evaluation system is developed,which takes the construction investment and operating costs as input system,and sets the savings of operating costs and distribution costs after logistic system optimization as output system.The approaches of the capital sale efficiency evaluation and detection of inefficient decision making units are illustrated by a case study of a logistic project in an oil company.
