摘要
针对当下中国劳动要素变化情况,综合了劳动要素变化与技术进步的主要研究概况,在分散化均衡竞争型经济模型扩展分析基础上,提出了带外部性的协同创新竞争型经济模型,并进行了解析.协同创新不但可以形成技术集聚的正外部性,还可以降低技术中间品采纳及扩散成本,同时分散降低研发投入风险,形成经济增长新驱动力.为减轻因劳动成本上升需求下降对企业创新及新技术的采纳形成的阻力,政府可以对企业技术投资进行相应补贴或税费减免,革除对饱含新技术中间品成品自然扩散阻力,全面提高劳动者素质,提升国家对新技术吸纳能力.
Thinking about China labor factor’s changing,combinated labor factor change and technology advance’s main research literatures,this paper extension analysed the decentralized equilibrium model,then proposed competitive economy model with externality.Collaborative innovation not only can form positive externality by technology agglomeration also can reduce technical intermediates’ adoption and diffusion cost,reduce the risk of R&D form the driving force of economic growth.To reduce the resistance of enterprise innovation and new technology adoption,the government should undertake subsidies or tax breaks corresponding to the enterprise technology investment,abolish corruption to remove the resistance of intermediates products diffusion and adoption which included new technology,abolish social bound to the innovative thinks,improve the workers comprehensive quality to promote country’s ability to absorb new technologies.
