传统村落保护利用的差异化路径——以浙江五个村落为例

Differentiated Approaches for the Protection and Utilization of Traditional Villages—Case Studies of Five Villages in Zhejiang Province

在新时代乡村建设的浪潮中,传统村落日益显现出物是人非、韶华不再的局面,其保护利用出现同质化、趋同化的困境,由此受到了学界、政府等多方重视。传统村落的诸多价值时至今日依然历久弥新,传统村落保护利用对于乡土文化赓续传承、城乡融合发展都具有重要意义。在保护利用过程中应该注重传统村落的特征,重视“求同存异”的差异化路径探索。本文基于理论性探索与实践性验证,首先通过剖析传统村落的内涵与特征,其次梳理归纳其维度与谱系,最后结合实践案例进行阐释传统村落保护利用的差异化路径,并希望通过不断实践将保护利用的差异化路径日臻完善,以求为实现传统村落的可持续发展贡献力量。

In the wave of rural construction,the past glory and magnificence of traditional villages are gradually forgotten,and protection and utilization of these traditional villages are facing the dilemma of homogenization and assimilation,which has attracted the attention of many forces such as the academia and government.Many traditional villages are still valuable today,and their protection and utilization is of great significance for local cultural heritage and the integration of urban and rural development.However,during the process,much attention should be paid to the characteristics of traditional villages,seeking common ground while reserving differences.Based on years of theoretical exploration and practical verification,this article first analyzes the connotation and characteristics of traditional villages,and then summarizes its dimensions,pedigrees,and carriers.Combined with practical cases,this article finally explains the differentiated approaches for the protection and utilization of traditional villages,and hope that these approaches can be improved through constant practice,so as to achieve the sustainable development of traditional villages and contribute to the overall victory of rural revitalization through practical ideas.
