摘要
随着神经介入治疗技术和新材料不断发展,其在脑血管疾病诊疗中的地位显著提高。与外科手术治疗相比,这些新型金属材料植入后仍会出现一些并发症,如内皮化延迟、血栓事件和再狭窄等,亟待解决。目前,通过表面修饰改善这些金属材料的生物学行为和功能,是提高临床安全性和疗效的可靠途径。该文主要就表面修饰在神经介入治疗材料,如弹簧圈和支架(药物洗脱支架、覆膜支架和血流导向装置)中的应用,以及各种靶向治疗药物、中药等研究进展作一综述。
With the continuous development of neurointerventional therapy technology and new medical materials,the neurointervention status in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases has been significantly improved.Compared with surgical operation,after these new metal materials are implanted into human body they may cause some complications such as delayed endothelialization,thrombus events,restenosis,etc.,which need to be solved urgently.At present,surface modification has been used to improve the biological properties and functions of these metal materials,which is considered to be a reliable way to improve clinical safety and efficacy.This paper aims to make a comprehensive review about the clinical application and research progress of surface modification,focusing on the materials used for neurointerventional therapy such as coils and stents(drug eluting stent,covered stent and blood flow guiding device),various targeted therapeutic drugs,traditional Chinese medicine and so on.(J Intervent Radiol,2020,29:730-736)
