摘要
在分析现有过热器结构优缺点的基础上,设计与鲁奇炉配套的余热回收立式火管式废热锅炉装置的过热器结构,过热器采用挠性薄管板并增设内筒体结构,对主要受压元件(即挠性薄管板)进行了应力强度分析,同时探讨挠性薄管板在过热器中应用的工况条件或边界条件。整体设备现场试车情况表明:该结构基本达到了运行要求。
On the basis of analyzing the structural advantages and disadvantages of existing superheaters,a superheater of the vertical waste heat boiler which matched with Lurgi gasifier was designed.In which,the superheater adopts a flexible thin tubesheet and an extra inner tube structure.In addition,the main pressure parts’(i.e.flexible thin tubesheet)stress intensity was analyzed and the flexible thin tubesheet’s working conditions or boundary conditions in the superheater were discussed.The test results showed that this superheater designed can meet operation requirements basically.
