自吸式搅拌轴的设计和优化

摘要 设计了一款自吸式空心搅拌轴,根据空心搅拌轴的强度和刚度,确定搅拌轴的最佳直径,提高搅拌轴的临界转速。在搅拌轴吸气口设置加强环解决其强度不足的问题,并通过有限元方法对结构进行优化设计。优化结果表明,改进后的自吸式搅拌轴结构强度和流体分散性能更好。 A self-priming hollow stirring shaft was designed,including having its strength and stiffness based to determine stirring shaft’s optimal diameter and increase its critical speed.The reinforcement ring set at the stirring shaft’s suction port solved insufficient strength and its structure was optimized by the finite element method.The optimization results showed that,the improved self-priming stirring shaft has better structural strength and fluid dispersion performance.
