许疃煤矿3238风巷过老空水探放孔洞治理技术

摘要 下区段巷道沿空掘进期间,必须对老空水进行超前集中探放。钻机压力与静水压力的耦合作用对沿空侧煤体扰动破坏性强,钻孔内排出大量的煤屑,产生诸多不规则孔洞,导致瓦斯、煤层自燃及水害事故。先后采取超前探查、调整层位、注浆加固及管理保障措施后,实现了沿空巷道安全快速过老空水探放孔洞,保证了矿井安全生产。 During the driving along goaf of lower section roadway,the gob water must be detected and released in advance.The coupling effect of drilling machine pressure and hydrostatic pressure has a strong destructive effect on the disturbance of coal body along the goaf side.A large number of coal chips are discharged from the borehole,resulting in many irregular holes,resulting in gas,coal spontaneous combustion and water damage accidents.After taking the measures of advanced exploration,adjustment of horizon,grouting reinforcement and management guarantee measures,the gob side roadway can safely and quickly pass through the old goaf water exploration and drainage hole,and ensure the safety production of the mine.
