杨柳煤矿干雾抑尘装备研制及现场应用研究

Development and Field Application Research of Dry Fog Dust Control Equipment in Yangliu Coal Mine

为解决杨柳煤矿井下粉尘危害较大的问题,研制了基于“气-水联动”原理的干雾抑尘装备,并在井下综掘煤巷、转载点以及回风巷进行了现场应用。应用结果显示该装备在煤矿井下具有良好的抑尘效果,实用性强,可靠性高,具有推广应用价值。

In order to solve the problem of dust hazard in Yangliu Coal Mine,the dry fog dust suppression equipment based on the principle of"gas water linkage"was developed,and was applied in the underground fully mechanized coal roadway,transfer point and return air roadway.The application results show that the equipment has good dust suppression effect in coal mine,with strong practicability and high reliability,and has the value of popularization and application.
