摘要
坦家冲煤矿为突出矿井,针对煤层衰减系数大、透气性低导致矿井瓦斯抽采浓度不高、抽采效果不佳的特点,提出了水力冲孔的措施。试验表明,水力冲孔措施能冲出大量煤量和排出大量瓦斯,钻孔的孔径扩大至7~10倍,钻孔平均浓度提高了2倍左右,使得煤层的衰减系数减低,透气性增加,极大地提高了瓦斯抽采效果。
Tanjiachong Coal Mine is a outburst mine.Aiming at the characteristics of large attenuation coefficient and low permeability of coal seam,the gas drainage concentration is not high and the drainage effect is poor,the measures of hydraulic punching are put forward.The test shows that hydraulic punching can flush out a large amount of coal and discharge a large amount of gas.The borehole diameter is enlarged to 7~10 times,and the average concentration of borehole is increased by about 2 times.The attenuation coefficient of coal seam is reduced and the permeability is increased.The gas drainage effect is greatly improved.
