摘要
针对含春煤矿+875m风井主通风机配套的电抗器降压启动电控系统存在问题,提出一种基于可编程逻辑控制器PLC的矿井主通风机变频电控系统改造方案,实现了对矿井主风机的运行状态进行实时监测、自动控制,为小型煤矿风机电控系统进行技术改造提供参考和借鉴。
In view of the problems existing in the electric control system of reactor step-down starting for the main fan of+875m air shaft in Hanchun Coal Mine,a transformation scheme of frequency conversion electric control system of mine main fan based on PLC is proposed,which realizes the real-time monitoring and automatic control of the operation state of the main fan in the mine,and provides reference for the technical transformation of the electric control system of the fan in small coal mines.
