摘要
薄喷技术是煤矿井巷快速支护和封闭新技术,本文对薄喷技术配套的粉体快速喷涂装备的主要结构、工作原理以及喷射管的相关计算方法进行介绍,通过软件进行喷射管射流模拟分析,以验证合理性。
Thin spray technology is a new technology for rapid support and sealing of coal mine roadway.This paper introduces the main structure,working principle and relevant calculation method of spray pipe of powder rapid spraying equipment matched with thin spraying technology,and carries out jet simulation analysis of spray pipe through software to verify rationality.
