摘要
针对顾桥选煤厂原使用的香蕉型原煤分级筛筛分效果较差,被动采用扩大筛孔的方式导致块煤系统入洗量少等问题,将四台原煤分级筛逐步改造为弛张筛,分级粒度降为10mm。经生产实验论证,浅槽分选下限降低到10mm后,块煤系统入洗比例增加,末煤入洗量减少,相应的压滤煤泥产量减少,取得较好的经济效益。
Aiming at the problems of poor screening effect of banana-type raw coal in Guqiao Coal Preparation Plant and the small amount of washing in block coal system caused by expanding the sieve hole passively,the four raw coal grading sieves were gradually transformed into relaxation sieve,and the grading particle size was reduced to 10 mm.It has been proved by production experiments,after the lower separation limit of shallow trough is reduced to 10 mm,the washing ratio of block coal system is increased,the last coal washing quantity is reduced,and the corresponding pressure filter slime production is reduced,and good economic benefits are obtained.
