Management and Exploration of Standardization Construction of Safety Production in Construction Stage of Anju Coal Mine

本文以济宁矿业集团安居煤矿为原型,研究与探索矿井基本建设阶段的安全生产标准化建设管理,推行“双级”、业务包保等安全管理模式,形成一套适合矿井基本建设阶段的安全生产标准化管理体系与方法。

Taking Anju Coal Mine of Jining Mining Group as the prototype,this paper studies and explores the standardized construction management of safety production in the stage of mine capital construction,implements the safety management mode of"double level"and business guarantee,and forms a set of safety production standardization management system and method suitable for mine capital construction stage.
