Countermeasures and Discussion on the Training of Emergency Rescue Teams in Tamping War readiness

针对矿山救援队伍处理各类险恶事故的经验比较匮乏,队伍实战能力亟待提高等问题,立足救护队伍战备训练开展,从创新训练模式、强化岗位考核等方面提出了对策,对救护队伍日常管理和战备训练有一定借鉴意义。

In view of the lack of experience in dealing with all kinds of dangerous accidents and the urgent need to improve the actual combat ability of the rescue team,based on the development of the combat readiness training of the rescue team,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of innovative training mode and strengthening post assessment,which has certain reference significance for the daily management and combat readiness training of the rescue team.
