Researches on Mongolian ancient books are regarded highly in China.One of the most im portant institutions is"the Collection and Research Institu te of M inority Classics and Geser Studies in Inner Mongolia".M ost books in Mongolian L iterature Series published by this institution have blue cover.T he color of blue symbolizes the thriving culture in Mongolian language»so they are well known as"Blue Cover Series".It is not because of the complexity of the original nam e,but because of the M ongolian intellectuals'affection for the symbolic meaning of blue.
