Analysis of the Phenomenon of Absence of Father in Pre—School Education in Ethnic Minority Areas

Urbanization brings some difficulties to preschool education in ethnic minority areas.The absence of father’s role in children’s education is one.Mothers are often considered as that they play im portant role in children’s education while fathers are often ignored.In fact,fathers also play irreplaceable roles in childrens education.In the new era,kindergartens and childrens education institutions should take effective m easures to strengthen the practice of fathers’participation in children’s education,in order to give full play to childrens uniqueness and enable them grow up healthily.
