CT扫描与静脉肾盂造影对肾结核诊断价值的Meta分析

CT scanningversus intravenous pyelography in diagnosing renal tuberculosis:aMeta-analysis

目的分析CT扫描与静脉肾盂造影(intravenous pyelography,IVP)在肾结核诊断中的临床价值。方法收集1994年1月至2020年3月公开发表的应用CT扫描与IVP对肾结核进行影像学诊断的研究文献,并用RevMan 5.1软件对数据进行Meta分析;同时应用Begg漏斗图法和Egger回归法判断发表偏倚。结果纳入本次Meta分析的文献共有12篇,累计病例616例。CT扫描与IVP对肾结核诊断率的合并效应值优势比(odds ratio,OR)及95%置信区间(confidence interval,95%CI)为4.96(2.20~11.22,P=0.0001)。结论对于肾结核的影像学诊断,CT扫描的诊断价值明显优于IVP。

Objective To investigate the clinical valueof CT scanningandintravenous pyelography(IVP)in diagnosing renal tuberculosis.Methods Studies relatedthe CT scanning and IVPin diagnosing renal tuberculosis(January 1994 to March 2020)were searched,and Meta-analysis was performed by the software RevMan(Version 5.1).Furthermore,publication bias was tested by Begg′s funnel plot and Egger′s test.Results Twelvepublished studies were finally included,involving 616 cases.The combined odds ratio(OR)and 95%confidence interval(CI)of the diagnostic rate of CT scanning and IVP for renal tuberculosiswas 4.96(2.20~11.22,P=0.0001).Conclusion For diagnosisof renal tuberculosis,CT scanningis obviously superior to IVP.
