Research on Energy-saving Strategies of Residential Buildings in Kunming

节能策略是建筑节能发展的重要研究目标。建筑行业中,受不同地区气候条件、生活习惯的制约,在贯彻落实节能减排工作时,需结合实际情况,制定适用于各地区的节能优化方案与政策。文章以昆明地区居住建筑为研究对象,探究温和地区宜居建筑的节能策略。

Energy-saving strategy has become an important research goal of building energy-saving development. In the construction industry, constrained by the climatic conditions and living habits of different regions, when carrying out the work of energy conservation and emission reduction, it is necessary to formulate energy conservation optimization plans and policies suitable for each region in light of the actual situation. Taking residential buildings in Kunming as the research object, this paper explores the energy-saving strategies of livable buildings in temperate areas.
