摘要
BIM技术被认为是继CAD之后建筑行业的第二次科技革命,为了解BIM的应用现状及未来发展趋势,利用SATI文献可视化分析法对CNKI中国知网关于BIM的被引用量前2000的文章进行可视化分析,整理、总结、归纳国内外BIM的总体发展现状以及国内外BIM技术在规划、设计、施工和运维等不同阶段的应用情况,并提出了BIM技术的未来发展的四大趋势。
BIM is considered as the second scientific and technological revolution in the construction industry after CAD. In order to understand the current situation and future development trend of BIM application, the first 2000 articles about BIM cited by CNKI were analyzed visually by using the method of sati literature visualization analysis. Moreover, the paper collates, summarizes and concludes the overall development status of BIM at home and abroad as well as the application of BIM technology in planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance, and puts forward the four future development trends of BIM technology.
