智能塔式起重机运行监控施工技术研究

摘要 由于传统起重机控制技术结构复杂的特点和智能化信息技术的发展,在实际工程中人们对起重机智能化控制技术的需求越来越高。文章通过云计算技术与起重机监控系统有机结合。将各类传感器、数据处理装备、黑匣子、地面接收机、终端设备等结合在一起,形成智能化塔式起重机运行系统。工程实践证明,智能塔式起重机运行监控施工技术能够极大提升塔式起重机的运行效率及运行安全性。如果对其加以合理而高效的运用,可极大提升其运行质量。 Because of the complex structure of traditional crane control technology and the development of intelligent information technology, the demand for intelligent crane control technology is higher and higher in practical engineering. This paper combines cloud computing technology with crane monitoring system. All kinds of sensors, data processing equipment, black box, ground receiver, and terminal equipment are combined together to form the intelligent tower crane operation system. Engineering practice has proved that the construction technology of intelligent tower crane operation monitoring can greatly improve the operation efficiency and operation safety of the tower crane. If it is used reasonably and efficiently, its operation quality can be greatly improved.
