摘要
为了保证城市LNG加注站真空绝热管道在运行过程中的安全性和连续性,结合红外热像测温原理,以管道表面漏热量为保冷性能评估的基本方法,根据管道表面对流传热和辐射传热漏热量对其保冷性能进行评估。在此基础上,基于图像处理软件OpenCv和编程软件C++联合设计了工程应用型的管道保冷性能评估软件,实现了对在役管道非接触式保冷性能评估。
In order to ensure the safety and continuity of the vacuum insulation pipeline in LNG gas stations,the heat-insulating property of pipeline was evaluated according to the calculation results of heat transfer from the surface of pipelines and heat leakage from radiation heat transfer.Combining with the principle of infrared thermography,the engineering application of heat-insulating property of pipeline evaluation software was designed based on the image processing software OpenCv and programming software C++.The non-contact evaluation of heat-insulating property of pipeline in service is realized.
