摘要
为了解决单侧式斯特林制冷机在运行时振动较大的问题,在研究的被动减振器的基础上,提出一种结构的柱簧减振器,并对该柱簧减振器进行设计和试验研究。通过对设计出的柱簧减振器进行试验验证和优化,柱簧减振器减振效果较板簧减振器有明显的提升;同时,在制冷机输入功率240 W左右时,将制冷机冷指时域加速度由板簧减振器的2.2 g优化至0.85 g,制冷机冷指最大频域加速度优化至0.275 g,大幅降低了制冷机的振动,有效拓宽了制冷机的应用范围。
In order to solve the problem of large vibration of the unilateral Stirling refrigerator during operation,a column spring shock absorber was proposed on basis of the passive damper studied by this unit,and the column spring was damped design and experimental researched.Through experimental verification and optimization of the designed column spring shock absorber,the damping effect of the column spring shock absorber is significantly improved compared with the leaf spring shock absorber.When the input power of the refrigerator is about 240 W,the time-domain acceleration of the cold finger of the refrigerator is optimized from 2.2 g of the leaf spring shock absorber to 0.85 g,and the maximum frequency-domain acceleration of the cold finger of the refrigerator is optimized to 0.275 g,which greatly reduces the vibration of the refrigerator and effectively broadens the application range of the refrigerator.
