摘要
乌巢河水库是一座以灌溉、防洪为主,兼顾城镇供水、灌区农村人畜用水及生态用水要求的综合利用水利工程,与下游长潭岗水库联合调度,是凤凰县城防洪体系的重要组成部分。采用多种方法分析计算水库坝址设计洪水,并进行洪水组合分析,确定“两库联调”对县城的防洪作用,可将老城区的防洪标准提高至25年一遇。乌巢河~长潭岗区间洪水较小时,乌巢河水库发生溃坝,溃坝洪水至长潭岗坝址洪峰流量为4846 m^3/s,长潭岗水库库水位可以控制在防洪高水位以下,大坝不漫顶。
Wuchao River Reservoir is a comprehensive hydraulic engineering of irrigation,flood control,water supply and ecological water.It and Changtangang Reservoir constitute an important part of the flood control system of Fenghuang County.In this paper,the design flood of reservoir dam site is analyzed and calculated by many methods,and the flood combination analysis is carried out to determine the flood control effect of“two reservoirs combined transfer”on the county town.When the flood between Wuchao River and Changtangang area is small,the flood of dam break reaches the flood peak discharge of Changtanhe dam site at 4846m^3/s.The water level of Changtanhe reservoir can be controlled below the flood control high water level,and the dam does not overflow the top.
