16 MPa高油压转轮叶片角度调节装置参数确定及设备选型计算

摘要 目前,额定油压为16 MPa的转轮叶片调节装置已得到了广泛的应用,由于其拥有良好的环保性能,具备较高的稳定性和经济性,再加上与目前已经成为主流16 MPa调速器较高的兼容性,其在从开始应用到现在已得到了市场的肯定。目前,由于该产品相较于传统低油压系统结构上有较大的不同,一些部件在设计时需要采取不同的计算方法。该文针对16 MPa高油压转轮叶片角度调节装置各个部件的参数选型进行介绍,可为相关设计者提供参考依据。 At present,the runner blade regulating device with rated oil pressure of 16MPa has been widely used.Due to its good environmental protection performance,high stability and economy,and high compatibility with the current mainstream 16MPa governor,it has been recognized by the market in just six years since its application.Because the structure of this product is quite different from that of the traditional low oil pressure system,some parts need to adopt different calculation methods in the design.This paper introduces the parameter selection of each part of the blade angle adjusting device of 16MPa high oil pressure runner,so as to provide reference for relevant designers.
