战后日本发展半导体产业的经验分析

An empirical analysis of the development of emiconductor industry in postwar Japan

20世纪40年代至50年代,日本半导体产业仍处于初级阶段,深受美国半导体管制的影响。为了摆脱对美国的依赖,解决卡脖子问题,日本政府下决心大力发展本国半导体产业,并在政策措施、组织模式、体制机制等方面提出了一系列措施。通过实施各项举措,日本半导体产业得到长足发展,一举超越美国,成为半导体产业全球领先者,极大地促进了日本经济发展。文章对日本推动半导体产业发展举措进行了总结分析,并为我国促进半导体产业发展、关键技术突破,提供了参考和借鉴。

In the 1940s and 1950s,Japan's semiconductor industry was still in its infancy and was deeply influenced by American semiconductor regulation.In order to get rid of the dependence on the United States and solve the neck sticking problem,the Japanese government is determined to vigorously develop its semiconductor industry,and puts forward a series of measures in policy measures,organizational models,institutional mechanisms,etc.Through the implementation of various measures,Japan's semiconductor industry has made great progress,surpassing the United States,becoming a global leader in the semiconductor industry,and greatly promoting the economic development of Japan.This paper summarizes and analyzes the measures taken by Japan to promote the development of semiconductor industry,and provides references for China to promote the development of semiconductor industry and breakthrough in key technologies.
