摘要
通过对200名学生进行心理问卷调查,发现新冠肺炎疫情期间学生的心理问题主要体现在抑郁、人际关系、睡眠饮食障碍和强迫行为四个方面,通过对原生家庭、自我意识和动机归因、社会压力三个路径的讨论,分析得出心理问题出现的原因。这些原因彼此相互影响,不同程度地造成大学生无法形成良好的心理承受能力,在面对疫情时,不能很好地自我调适,并提出了运用网络手段开展丰富的学生活动和心理健康疏导来帮助大学生提升心理抗压能力,共同面对纷繁的社会环境和成长之路。
Through a psychological questionnaire survey of 200 students,it was found that the psychological problems of students during the coronavirus pneumonia were mainly reflected in four aspects:depression,interpersonal relationship,sleep and eating disorders,and compulsive behaviors.Through the discussion of three paths of the original family,self-consciousness and motivation attribution,and social pressure,the reasons for psychological problems were analyzed.These reasons interact with each other,and to varying degrees discourage college students to develop a good psychological endurance,and make it difficult for them to adjust themselves well in the face of the epidemic.It was then proposed to use network means to carry out colorful student activities and mental health counseling to help college students improve their stress tolerance so as to face the complicated social environment and the road of growth together.
