高校辅导员工作满意度的影响因素与提升策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 辅导员满意度是检验辅导员工作实效的标准之一,辅导员职业的“双重身份”使得交往与教学成为其工作的主要路径,通过调研与分析大学生对辅导员满意度、交往频次以及教学能力的逻辑关系与现状情况,发现交往频次与教学能力对满意度具有显著影响作用。高校辅导员应在事务工作中强化以交往为基础的服务型关系,对大学生采取分层、分类、分阶段的交往策略;在思想与价值引领工作中强化以教学为核心的产品型关系,加强辅导员教学能力建设、形成知识型产品与建构“事务工作—教学”双向转化机制。 Satisfaction about counselors is one of the standards to evaluate the effectiveness of their work.The"dual identity"of counselors′profession makes communication and teaching the main path of their work.Through investigating and analyzing the students′logical relationship and current situation concerning their satisfaction about counselors,communication frequency and teaching ability,it is found that communication frequency and teaching ability have a significant impact on satisfaction.College counselors should,on one hand,strengthen the service-oriented relationship based on communication in their work by adopting hierarchical,classified and phased communication strategies for college students;on the other hand,strengthen the product-oriented relationship with teaching as the core in the work of ideological and value guidance by strengthening the construction of counselors′teaching ability,forming knowledge-based products and constructing a bidirectional"work and teaching"transformation mechanism.
