构建辅导员“五力”模型 打赢高校疫情防控阻击战

Building"Five Forces"Model of Counselors to Win the Battle of Epidemic Prevention and Control in Colleges and Universities

新冠肺炎防控阻击战打响以来,全国各高校积极响应国家防控政策及部署,高校辅导员也纷纷进入战“疫”状态。疫情当前,作为大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,高校辅导员要致力于增强师生守望相助的凝聚力、强化榜样身正为范的感召力、加强心理健康教育的疏导力、提升防范化解风险的预见力、修炼记录时代思考的文笔力,积极构建“五力”工作模型,守护菁菁校园,充分发扬斗争精神,生动彰显高尚师德,时刻保持战“疫”状态,当好教育系统疫情防控的“大考之人”,肩负起时代赋予的使命与责任,为国分忧、为民担当。

Since the start of the battle against coronavirus pneumonia,universities across the country have actively responded to the national prevention and control policies and deployment,and college counselors have also entered a fighting against"epidemic"war.At present,as the backbone of the ideological and political education for college students,college counselors should strive to strengthen the cohesion of teachers and students to help each other,strengthen the charisma of role models and the guidance of mental health education,and improve the foresight of preventing and resolving risks to practice writing skills that record the thinking of the times;at the same time,they should actively build the"five forces"working model,guard the campus,fully carry forward the fighting spirit,vividly demonstrate the noble morals of teachers,readily maintain the state of facing up to"epidemic",be a"great examiner"in the prevention and control of epidemic situation in the education system,while shouldering the mission and responsibility given by the times and sharing the worries for the country and the people.
