通过成功应对处置一次期末在线考试负面舆情危机的真实案例,提出新时代高校网络负面舆情危机科学有效应对的几点措施:健全机制、注重预警、正确研判、及时回应、占领阵地、正面引导。

Through the successful handling of a real case of negative public opinion crisis caused by an online final examination,this paper puts forward some scientific and effective measures to deal with the crisis of negative public opinion in colleges and universities in the new era:improving the mechanism,paying attention to early warning,making sound judgment and timely response,occupying the position and giving positive guidance.
