摘要
目前我国经济发展进入新常态,如何培养适应当代社会经济发展和企业需求的高质量应用型人才成为各高校包括独立学院亟待解决的问题。通过概述转型发展背景下应用型人才的内涵以及分析独立学院应用型人才培养面临的困境,进一步探讨独立学院培养应用型人才的策略。
At present,China’s economic development has entered a new normal state.How to cultivate high-quality applied talents that meet the needs of contemporary social and economic development and enterprises has become an urgent problem for all universities,including independent colleges.This paper further discusses the strategy of cultivating applied talents in independent colleges by summarizing the connotation of applied talents in the context of transformational development and analyzing the difficulties faced by independent colleges.
