摘要
为明确52.5%噁唑菌酮·霜脲氰水分散粒剂对烟草黑胫病的防治潜力,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了该药剂对贵州省不同烟区烟草黑胫病菌的室内毒力,并在德江烟区开展田间试验,调查了包括噁唑菌酮·霜脲氰在内的5种药剂对烟草黑胫病的防效。结果表明,来自德江烟区的烟草黑胫病病菌对噁唑菌酮·霜脲氰的敏感性最强,EC50为1.3441 mg/kg;52.5%噁唑菌酮·霜脲氰水分散粒剂的田间防效最佳,达91.52%,显著高于其他对照药剂。另外,该药剂还有促进烟株生长的作用。
This study aims to clarify the contro l poten tial of famoxadone 22.5%+cymoxanil 30%WG on tobacco black shank.The mycelial linear growth rate and field efficacy were tested to determine the laboratory virulence of famoxadone 22.5%+cymoxanil 30%WG on Phytophthora nicotianae collected from different tobacco-producing regions of Guizhou Province.The field control effects of different pesticides on tobacco black shank have been tested in Dejiang′s tobaccoproducing region of Guizhou.The results showed that Phytophthora nicotianae in Dejiang′s tobacco-producing region had the highest susceptibility to famoxadone 22.5%+cymoxanil 30%WG with the EC50 value of 1.3441 mg/kg.Famoxadone 22.5%+cymoxanil 30%WG had the best field control effect on tobacco black shank with a relative control effect of 91.52%,which was significantly higher than that of the control pesticide treatment.Besides,it can promote the growth of tobacco plants,and can be used as an alternative pesticide for tobacco black shank control.
