塔机倾覆事故分析及思考

Analysis and Consideration of Tower Crane Overturning Accident

本文详细叙述了一起典型的塔机倾覆事故的技术调查过程,通过对事故现场详细勘察,计算了设备相互之间的安全距离和塔机发生倾覆时的力矩,分析了塔机倾覆的过程,结合塔机工作状态分析了事故塔机发生断裂部位的断口,确定了断裂的类别和原因,抽丝剥茧地还原了事故发生整个过程,并详细审查了塔机安装、检测、使用的技术资料.最终得出了塔机倾覆的直接原因和间接原因.透过事故现象,思考了建筑工地塔机安全管理中存在的问题,总结了此次事故的经验和教训.

It described in this paper a typical tower crane overturning accident technical investigation,through to the scene of the accident investigation,detailed calculation of the equipment the safe distance between each other and overturning moment of tower crane,tower crane overturning process is analyzed,combining with the tower crane work state analysis of the tower crane accident broken parts of the fracture,determine the type of the fracture and the reason,many branches to restore the whole process of the accident and review in detail the tower crane installation,test and use of technical data.Finally,the direct and indirect causes of the overturning of the tower crane are obtained.Through the accident phenomenon,this paper considers the problems existing in the safety management of tower crane in construction site,and summarizes the experience and lessons of this accident.
