骨科住院患者麻醉药品、第一类精神药品应用情况

Application of Anesthetic Drugs and First-Class Psychotropic Drugs for Inpatients in the Orthopedic Department of a Hospital

目的对骨科住院患者近几年麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的应用情况进行详细分析,进而为临床上药品管理及保证药品的合理应用提供参考依据。方法对惠州市第三人民医院骨科2014—2019年住院患者使用的麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)、药品销售金额排序(B)/DDDs排序(A)等进行统计分析。结果骨科住院患者在2014—2019年,麻醉药品的销售金额逐年增加,且药品的用药形式以注射剂为主,舒芬太尼注射液销售金额在2016—2019年一直居于首位,其DDDs排序在2016—2018年居于首位;芬太尼注射液DDDs排序在2014—2015年、2019年居于首位,在其他年份居于第二位;舒芬太尼注射液的DDC排序在2016—2019年居于首位,硫酸吗啡缓释片(30 mg)的DDC排序在2014年、2015年居于首位,舒芬太尼、盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸哌替啶注射液等药物的B/A接近于1。结论 2014—2019年医院骨科住院患者所使用的药品中,麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的销售金额在逐年增长,并且药品的使用方式、剂量等与相关的标准及治疗规范相符合。

Objective To conduct a detailed analysis of the application of narcotic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs in inpatients of our department in orthopedics in recent years, so as to provide reference for clinical drug management and guarantee the rational application of drugs. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted in the sales amount of narcotic drugs,first-class psychotropic drugs, frequency of drug use(DDDs), limited daily expenses(DDC), drug sales amount ranking(B)/DDDs sequence(A) for inpatients in Huizhou Third People’s Hospital from 2014 to 2019. Results From 2014 to 2019, the sales amount of narcotic drugs in orthopedic department increased year by year, and the form of drug use was mainly injections.The sales amount of sufentanil injection has been in the first place from 2016 to 2019. Its DDDs ranked first in 2016-2018;Fentanyl injection DDDs ranked first in 2014-2015 and 2019, and ranked second in other years;Sufentanil injection DDC ranked in ranked first in 2016-2019, the DDC ranking of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets(30 mg) ranked first in 2014 and 2015. Sufentanil, ephedrine hydrochloride, pethidine hydrochloride injection and other drugs/A was close to 1. Conclusion Among the drugs used by inpatients in orthopaedics in hospitals from 2014 to 2019, the sales amount of narcotic drugs and first-class psychoactive drugs has been increasing year by year, and the use methods and dosages of drugs are in line with relevant standards and treatment specifications.
