复方牙痛酊联合伢碘微创凝胶对龋齿患儿龈炎指数及咀嚼功能的影响

Effects of Compound Toothache Tincture Combined with Iodine Microinvasive Gel For Children with Dental Caries

目的探讨复方牙痛酊联合伢碘微创凝胶对龋齿患儿龈炎指数及咀嚼功能的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年3月深圳市盐田区妇幼保健院接收的龋齿患儿80例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用伢碘微创凝胶技术,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方牙痛酊治疗。比较两组龈炎指数、疼痛程度及咀嚼功能改善情况。结果治疗后,两组龈炎指数、数字评分法(NRS)评分降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咀嚼功能改善状况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方牙痛酊联合伢碘微创凝胶治疗龋齿的临床效果显著,可有效改善患儿龈炎指数及咀嚼功能,缓解疼痛程度。

Objective To evaluate the effects of compound toothache tincture combined with iodine microinvasive gel on gingivitis index and masticatory function in child patients with dental caries. Methods A total of 80 child patients with dental caries received in Yantian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects and were divided into study group(40) and control group(40) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with iodine microinvasive gel and the study group was treated with compound toothache tincture on the basis of the control group. The improvement of gingivitis index, pain degree and masticatory function were compared. Results After treatment,the gingivitis index and NRS scores of the 2 groups were lower. The study group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement of chewing function in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effects of compound toothache tincture combined with iodine microinvasive gel is remarkable, which can effectively improve the gingivitis index and chewing function of children and relieve the pain degree.
