6082-T6厚板铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头应力腐蚀的敏感性 被引量:2

摘要 采用慢应变速率拉伸(SSRT)试验研究厚度为23 mm的6082-T6铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头在含w(NaCl)3.5%中性溶液及空气中的应力腐蚀敏感性。结果表明:搅拌摩擦焊接头的上层和下层均未在含w(NaCl)3.5%中表现出应力腐蚀倾向;通过微观断口SEM分析可知,2种接头在惰性环境和腐蚀环境中断口SEM形貌上未发现脆性断裂特征,断口形貌以塑性断裂形成的韧窝为主。 The sensitivity of friction stir welded joint of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy with thickness of 23 mm in Na Cl neutral solution and air containing 3.5%(mass fraction)was studied by SSRT test.The results showed that the upper and lower layers of FSW joint showed no stress corrosion tendency in 3.5%Na Cl solution.According to SEM analysis of microfracture,brittle fracture features were not found in SEM morphology of fracture surface of the two joints in inert and corrosive environments,and the fracture morphology was dominated by dimples formed by plastic fracture.
