摘要
文中通过研究实心焊丝无涂硼拉丝工艺来取代传统的酸洗、涂硼拉丝工艺,精简工序,降低成本,减少污水排放,减少生产安全隐患。研究无涂硼拉丝工艺生产的坯丝满足后续生产要求,生产的成品ER50-6焊丝表面质量合格,满足国标GB/T 8110—2008中型号ER50-6规定的各项性能要求,生产的产品通过客户试验或使用,能满足客户的技术要求,最终形成能够规模化应用无涂硼拉丝工艺的ER50-6焊丝生产线,从而达到环保、节能、降耗的目的。
The traditional pickling and coating boron drawing technology was replaced by the non-boron coated wire drawing technology of solid wire,thereby streamlining the process and reducing the cost,the sewage discharge and the production safety hazards.The blank produced by the non-boron coated wire drawing technology had been developed to meet the subsequent production requirements.The surface quality of the finished products ER50-6 welding wire was qualified to meet the performance requirements of ER50-6 specified in National Standard GB/T 8110—2008.The products tested or used could meet the technical requirements of customers.Finally,a production line of ER50-6 welding wire had been formed,which was capable of large-scale application with non-boron coated wire drawing technology,to achieve the purpose of environmental protection,energy saving and consumption reduction.
