肛瘘并发混合痔患者行肛瘘切除术联合外剥内扎术治疗的效果

Effect of the treatment of anal fistula resection combined with external dissection and internal ligation for patients with anal fistula and mixed hemorrhoids

目的:分析肛瘘切除术同外剥内扎术联合治疗肛瘘并发混合痔患者的效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年2月收治肛瘘并发混合痔患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。对照组采用常规治疗;试验组运用肛瘘切除术联合外剥内扎术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组住院时间、手术创面愈合时间、术中出血量及手术时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者术后出现尿滞留的人数明显少于对照组,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:运用肛瘘切除术联合外剥内扎术治疗肛瘘并发混合痔,疗效显著,且具备操作时间短、术中出血量低、术后患者手术创面愈合用时短等优势,且患者术后出现尿滞留等不良反应风险概率低,肛瘘切除术联合外剥内扎术作为治疗肛瘘并发混合痔的治疗方案具有较高临床使用意义,可用于临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of anal fistula resection combined with external stripping and internal ligation on patients with anal fistula complicated with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:From May 2018 to February 2019,66 patients with anal fistula complicated with mixed hemorrhoids were treated and randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional treatment;the experimental group was treated with anal fistula resection combined with external stripping and internal ligation.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization time,wound healing time,intraoperative blood loss,and operation time of the experimental group were all lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant Academic significance(P<0.05);the number of patients with urine retention after operation in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anal fistula resection combined with external stripping and internal ligation for the treatment of anal fistula complicated with mixed hemorrhoids has a significant effect,and has the advantages of short operation time,low intraoperative blood loss,and short time for wound healing after surgery.The risk of adverse reactions such as retention is low,and anal fistula resection combined with external stripping and internal ligation as a treatment plan for anal fistula complicated with mixed hemorrhoids has high clinical significance and can be used for clinical promotion.
