抗结核病药物治疗老年肺结核的不良反应及影响因素分析

Analysis of adverse reactions and influencing factors of anti-tuberculosis drugs in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:研究抗结核病药物在老年肺结核治疗中的不良反应及影响因素。方法:2017-2019收治老年肺结核患者120例,对临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察用药不良反应情况,并且对影响因素进行分析。结果:共发生不良反应38例(31.67%);年龄、肝病史、治疗类型以及体重指数(BMI)因素是导致发生不良反应的单因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中导致患者发生不良反应的主要独立危险因素为年龄及肝病史。结论:在老年肺结核患者的临床治疗中,抗结核病药物会产生较高的不良反应,其中年龄的增长及肝病史是导致患者增加发生不良反应风险的主要因素。

Objective:To study the adverse reactions of anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of senile tuberculosis and the influencing factors.Methods:From 2017 to 2019,120 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The adverse drug reactions were observed and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results:A total of 38 patients(31.67%)had adverse reactions.Age,history of liver disease,type of treatment and BMI factors were single factors leading to adverse reactions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main independent risk factors for adverse reactions were age and history of liver disease.Conclusion:Antituberculosis drugs can produce higher adverse reactions in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with tuberculosis,and the increase of age and the history of liver disease are the main factors leading to increased risk of adverse reactions.
