培美曲塞联合顺铂同步放化疗对局部晚期肺腺癌患者治疗效果、不良反应及生存率的影响

The influence of pemetrexed combined with cisplatin concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy on the efficacy,adverse reactions and survival rate of patients with locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma

目的:探讨培美曲塞联合顺铂同步放化疗对局部晚期肺腺癌患者治疗效果、不良反应及生存率影响。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治局部晚期肺腺癌患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。两组均实施同步放化疗;观察组使用培美曲塞联合顺铂化疗(PC);对照组使用多西他赛联合顺铂(DC)化疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后近期有效率与疾病控制率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组消化道反应、皮疹脱发、骨髓抑制等不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:培美曲塞联合顺铂同步放化疗对局部晚期肺腺癌患者,具有良好的治疗效果,且不良反应较少。

Objective:To explore the influence of pemetrexed combined with cisplatin concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy on the efficacy,adverse reactions and survival rate of patients with locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each.Radiotherapy and chemotherapy were performed simultaneously in both groups.The observation group was treated with pemetrexed combined with cisplatin chemotherapy(PC).The control group was treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin(DC)chemotherapy.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in short term effective rate and disease control rate after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions such as digestive tract reaction,rash alopecia and myelosuppression was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pemetrexed combined with cisplatin concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy has a good therapeutic effect on patients with locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma,and fewer side effects.
