顾步汤联合血管介入治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的疗效及临床意义

The curative effect and clinical significance of Gubu decoction combined with vascular interventional therapy in the treatment of lower extremity vascular disease of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:研究顾步汤联合血管介入治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用血管介入方式治疗;观察组采用顾步汤联合血管介入治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,且治疗后踝肱压指数与最大行走距离均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:顾步汤联合血管介入治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者,可有效提高治疗效果,改善临床不良症状。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Gubu decoction combined with vascular intervention in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with lower extremity vascular lesions.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,60 cases of T2DM with lower extremity vascular disease were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vascular interventional therapy.The observation group was treated with Gubu decoction combined with vascular interventional therapy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly better than the control group and the ankle brachial pressure index and the maximum walking distances of the observation group were higher than the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gubu decoction combined with vascular intervention in the treatment of T2DM with lower extremity vascular lesions can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the clinical adverse symptoms.
