湿润烧伤膏治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of moist burn ointment in the treatment of neonate diaper dermatitis

目的:分析湿润烧伤膏治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的临床效果。方法:2016年1月-2019年1月收治尿布皮炎新生儿80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予红霉素软膏治疗;观察组给予湿润烧伤膏治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组轻度、中度、重度患处愈合时间均短于对照组,治疗总有效率观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用湿润烧伤膏治疗新生儿尿布皮炎,有助于缩短患处愈合时间,提升临床治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of moist burn ointment in the treatment of neonate diaper dermatitis.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2019,80 newborns with diaper dermatitis were selected and randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with erythromycin ointment.The observation group was treated with moist burn ointment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The healing time of mild,moderate and severe lesions in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moist burn ointment in the treatment of neonate diaper dermatitis can shorten the healing time and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
