针灸治疗96例颈源性肩周炎临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of acupuncture and moxibustion on 96 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis of cervical spondylosis type

目的:探讨针灸治疗颈源性肩周炎的临床效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年12月收治颈源性肩周炎患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组采用西医治疗;观察组采用中医针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:观察组治疗后VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后肩关节活动度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗颈源性肩周炎,疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on scapulohumeral periarthritis of cervical spondylosis type.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,96 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis of cervical spondylosis type were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine.The observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical efficacy and the visual analogue scale(VAS)between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The activity of shoulder joint in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis of cervical spondylosis type.
