临沂市7~18岁儿童生长发育水平和营养状况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of growth and developmental level and nutritional status of children aged 7 to 18 years in Linyi city

目的:分析临沂市7~18岁儿童生长发育水平和营养状况,并制定生长发育标准。方法:采用山东省体检办公室提供的2014-2015年临沂市538200名中小学生健康查体的原始数据,绘制临沂市儿童身高、体重、体重指数(BMI)第3、50、97百分位的曲线图,对照2005年全国9城市标准对临沂市7~18岁儿童的生长发育和营养状况进行评价分析。利用百分位数法制定临沂市7~18岁儿童年龄别身高(HFA)、年龄别体重(WFA)、BMI标准。结果:临沂市儿童HFA、WFA、BMI曲线与全国相应曲线走向相仿,但临沂市儿童在所有年龄段发育水平均高于中国儿童身高标准(CHN)。结论:临沂市7~18岁儿童体格发育水平较高,与全国标准存在较大差异,建议采用临沂市标准对本地儿童生长发育状况进行评估。

Objective:To analyze the growth and developmental level and nutritional status of children aged 7 to 18 years in Linyi city,and the growth and developmental standards were established.Methods:The original data of the health examination of 538,200 primary and secondary school students in Linyi City from 2014 to 2015 were used by the medical examination office of Shandong province.Draw a graph of the 3rd,50th and 97th percentiles of the children's height,weight and body mass index in Linyi city,the growth,development and nutritional status of children aged 7 to 18 years in Linyi city were evaluated and analyzed according to the national standards of 9 cities in 2005.The percentile method was used to establish the age,height,weight and BMI standards for children aged 7 to 18 years in Linyi city.Results:The curves of HFA,WFA and BMI of Linyi children were similar to the whole country,however,the developmental level of children in Linyi city is higher than the CHN standard in all ages.Conclusion:The physical developmental level of children aged 7 to 18 years in Linyi city is high,which is different from the national standard,it is suggested to adopt Linyi standard to evaluate the growth and development of local children.
